First thing, the service was great. We had this lovely lady at the desk named Katelyn who, right from check-in, like she really cared about our stay. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good, fresh pancakes that weren't just out of a box.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but considering the comfort, it was acceptable.

The hotel had super supportive staff who truly tried to help, especially during breakfast. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains on the walls and an odor that was hard to ignore. Yet, the AC worked effectively, offering some comfort.

While the hotel's location near various restaurants and shopping made it convenient, the noisy AC definitely detracted from my overall comfort. I appreciated the microwave in the room for late-night snacks, but the noise from the AC needs addressing.
